先日、日帰りで長野県に行ってきました。
目的はというと・・・。
こちら！！
イタリアン リストランテ「フローリア」さんに行ってきました。
Ryuが大好きで、尊敬しているYouTuberの「Chef Ropia」さんのお店！！
チャンネル登録者数は43万人を突破し、レシピ本まで販売している、お料理系トップYouTuberのお店です！！
今回は、「フローリアサラダ」・「自家製バジルソースパスタ」・「ティラミス」をいただきました。
・サラダは、長野県産のお野菜を農家さんから直接仕入れて提供しているようで、野菜の旨みがすごい！！
・バジルソースパスタも、芽キャベツのほろ苦さとマッチしてとっても美味しかったです！
・自家製ティラミスもマスカルポーネが濃厚で、止まらない美味しさでした。。(メッセージも書いて頂きました！！)
お料理は、レベルがものすごく高くて、近くに住んでいたら常連になってしまいます(笑)
本当は、シェフに会いたいな～って思いつつ、でも忙しいよな～なんて思っていたら・・・。
なんと！Ropiaシェフが厨房から出てきて下さいました！
一緒に写真を撮って頂き、さらにレシピ本にサインまでして頂いて、大満足・大興奮のRyuでした！
