今日のブログはRyuが担当ﾃﾞｽ！
先日、仕事終わりにラーメン食べたい欲求に襲われ、高幡不動まで食べに行ってきました！！
「新橋 纒 高幡不動店」
難しい漢字で、Ryuは読めませんでしたが、「纒＝まとい」と読むそうです。
今回は、「平子煮干しチャーシューそば・炙塩豚葱ごはん」を頂きました！
どーーん！
上質な平子(真いわし)を使用しているようで、魚介の臭みや雑味が全くなく、すっきりしたスープで飽きずに、あっという間に完食してしましました。
チャーシューも肉厚なものが５枚乗っていて、煮干しのスープが染み込み、最高でした！(最後は豚丼にして食べたのは内緒・・・。)
炙塩豚葱ごはんも、お肉がフワフワで、炙りの香ばしさと塩ダレがマッチして、とっても美味しかったです！
店内も落ち着いた雰囲気で、換気や消毒等のコロナ対策もバッチリでした。
高幡不動駅のコンコース内にあるので、アクセスもしやすいですよ！
