３週間ほど前に「上司に美味しいペペロンチーノの作り方を教わったので今度試してみます」と言っていましたが、ついに作ってみました！
パセリがなかったのでバジルで代用しましたが、、、。
寂しい男の一人飯なので野菜とかもなくあまり面白くない写真になってしまいました。
何度か作ったことはありますがペペロンチーノって難しいんですよね、、、。
でも教えてもらった作り方でやってみたらなかなか美味しくできました！！
そーいえば、皆さんはペペロンチーノの意味を知っていますか？
イタリア語で、アーリオ・オリオ・ペペロンチーノのというらしいですが、
アーリオ（ニンニク）・オリオ（オリーブオイル）・ペペロンチーノ（唐辛子）を意味しており、この素材を使ったパスタのことを言うんだそうです。

ペペロンチーノ、なかなか奥が深い料理でしたが、他にもいろいろな料理に挑戦してみようと思います！
