自粛期間を終えて約一か月が経過しましたが、皆様いかがお過ごしでしょうか？

私は自粛期間にkらだがかなり重くなったと感じたので最近休みの日にランニングを始めました。

さて皆様は「人生１００年計画」という言葉をご存知でしょうか？
